Erajaya is seeking a high-caliber Service Head to spearhead the after-sales operations for our premium Xpeng EV dealership in the Jabodetabek region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive after-sales service strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily service center operations, including workshop productivity, parts inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and train the service team, including technicians and front-of-house staff, on EV-specific technologies and premium service protocols.
- Monitor and analyze service KPIs, including turnaround time, service quality, and cost-efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Maintain strong communication with the Xpeng brand principals regarding technical updates, product feedback, and warranty claims.
- Manage the service budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field; a Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive service management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in EV or premium/luxury vehicle brands.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management, with the ability to drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of automotive workshop operations, diagnostics, and service center workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-centric mindset with a high aptitude for conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS) and automotive service software.
