Erajaya is seeking a high-caliber Service Head to spearhead the after-sales operations for our premium Xpeng EV dealership in the Jabodetabek region. As the pioneer in this exciting expansion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring world-class service standards, and driving operational efficiency for one of the most innovative EV brands in the market.

In this role, you will lead the service department, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession. You will bridge the gap between advanced automotive technology and exceptional service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive a premium, seamless experience that reflects the cutting-edge nature of Xpeng vehicles. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive after-sales service strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee daily service center operations, including workshop productivity, parts inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the service team, including technicians and front-of-house staff, on EV-specific technologies and premium service protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze service KPIs, including turnaround time, service quality, and cost-efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Xpeng brand principals regarding technical updates, product feedback, and warranty claims.
  • Manage the service budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing profitability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive service management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in EV or premium/luxury vehicle brands.
  • Proven track record in leadership and team management, with the ability to drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
  • Deep understanding of automotive workshop operations, diagnostics, and service center workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high aptitude for conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS) and automotive service software.
