Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand guidelines.
- Support the deployment and optimization of service initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities and service implementations, providing insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and other marketing functions, to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in the development and preparation of marketing collateral and service documentation.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing implementation, service coordination, or project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and supporting operational rollouts.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and digital channels.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time Work From Office (WFO) setting in Jakarta.
