Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain industrial equipment at client premises
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services to ensure optimal performance
- Document service activities, parts usage, and technical reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical problems
- Train clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Manage inventory of spare parts and service tools
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field service or technical support
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and test equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
