Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on a range of Jungheinrich material handling equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Provide technical support and professional communication to clients on site to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Document service activities, parts usage, and technical observations accurately in our maintenance management system.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and spare parts teams to ensure timely repair completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team regarding recurring technical issues or product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Technical Certificate, Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent trade qualification.
- Proven hands-on experience in the maintenance of industrial machinery or heavy automotive equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, hydraulic systems, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in the field with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
- Valid driving license is required for travel within the West Region.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training to master new intralogistics technologies.
- Proficiency in basic computer literacy for reporting and digital service logs.
