Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of high-speed machineries to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults within production equipment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and quality checks on all industrial tools and machinery.
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts to restore machine functionality to standard operating parameters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar maintenance role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of high-speed machinery and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced workshop or factory environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for site visits.
