Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery and service equipment.
- Diagnose technical malfunctions and implement effective, time-sensitive solutions.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports for all completed tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Conduct equipment testing and calibration to ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or site operators when required.
- Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and a clean, safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a service, maintenance, or repair role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial workshop/factory setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is considered an advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours as necessitated by operational requirements.
