Our client, a premier engineering service provider in Singapore, is currently expanding its operations and seeking a highly competent Service Technician (Electrical/Electronic/Automation) to join their established team based in Joo Koon. You will conduct thorough diagnostics, perform complex electrical and electronic repairs, and manage scheduled preventive maintenance programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical, electronic, and automation systems on-site and in the workshop.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and control panels to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Install, configure, and commission new automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to execute accurate repairs.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability and recommend upgrades to existing equipment.
- Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure all work is carried out strictly in accordance with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide timely technical support and advice to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial electrical and automation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and control system integration.
- Proficient in reading and understanding electrical and electronic schematics and diagrams.
- Experience with variable speed drives, servo motors, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license (advantageous for site visits in the West Region).
- Candidates with relevant certifications in automation or robotics will be given priority.
