Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and servicing on electronic gaming machines and amusement systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits, wiring harnesses, monitors, and complex electromechanical parts.
- Respond promptly to technical breakdown alerts on-site to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Perform systematic diagnostic tests and software updates on gaming systems to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, components, and tools, ensuring accurate records of parts used and required.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical service logs, documentation, and repair reports.
- Collaborate effectively with operations staff to support special events and manage venue floor layout changes.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Higher NITEC, Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing electronic, electrical, or electromechanical equipment (experience in gaming, slot machines, or arcade systems is highly advantageous).
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in using standard diagnostic tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and testing software.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support venue operations.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
