Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and VRF systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issues using diagnostic tools.
- Execute system start-ups and commissioning for new equipment installations.
- Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and asset management records for all assigned client sites.
- Provide technical guidance and exceptional communication to customers regarding system health and upgrade recommendations.
- Adhere strictly to all local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company operating procedures.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to optimize site performance and reduce energy consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering (or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Valid technician certification or professional licenses applicable in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performance team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the Johnson Controls brand professionally.
- Ability to travel to various client sites throughout Jakarta Raya as required.
