Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including compressors, fans, ducts, thermostats, and controls
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent system failures and ensure energy efficiency
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Install new HVAC equipment and components according to manufacturer specifications
- Test and calibrate systems to verify proper operation and safety standards
- Maintain detailed service records and submit accurate reports to management
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and recommending appropriate solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and thermodynamics
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Ability to work independently in various environments including confined spaces
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- EPA 608 certification preferred
