Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial cleaning equipment and machinery
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Install new equipment systems and ensure proper calibration and functionality
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations
- Travel to client sites for equipment servicing and emergency repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing industrial machinery
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driver's license (for company van operation)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment troubleshooting techniques
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
