Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial motors and electrical systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and test results accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff or external clients when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial motor servicing or a related trade.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Technical Certificate (WSQ or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in various industrial environments.
