In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of vital lifting machinery, including overhead cranes and hoists. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive routine maintenance and safety inspections on overhead cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to determine the root cause of equipment failure.
- Execute precise repairs and replacement of worn or damaged components to restore full equipment functionality.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work strictly adheres to local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and maintenance schedules to clients clearly.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing or repairing industrial lifting equipment.
- Valid Singapore trade certification or relevant engineering qualification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards and NEA guidelines for lifting machinery.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various field environments.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.
