Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of maritime equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential faults, wear and tear, or safety hazards in marine systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with propulsion systems, electrical units, and hydraulic controls.
- Adhere strictly to maritime safety regulations and company protocols during all repair and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and service logs.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new maritime systems or equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Maritime Service Technician certification or equivalent trade qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in maritime, marine, or heavy industrial maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, electrical circuits, and basic welding techniques.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environmental conditions, including heights or confined spaces.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (SP/EP) or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety standards.
