Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the assembly, installation, and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on site to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose technical issues and execute effective repairs to minimize client downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during machine sales and handovers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical service reports for all completed jobs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine designs based on field performance data.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Previous experience in machinery servicing or assembly is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in the use of standard hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Must be physically fit to handle equipment installation tasks and site deployments.
