Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on sand-blasting equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in sand-blasting machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and address them proactively
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of essential components
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
- Train equipment operators on proper usage and maintenance procedures
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the team to improve equipment performance and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with sand-blasting machinery
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification in industrial equipment maintenance (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
