Asia Advance Human Resource is looking for a detail‑oriented Service Technician to join our client’s maintenance team in Changi. In this role you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment and industrial chiller systems that keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.
You will work closely with production engineers, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure all activities comply with safety regulations. The position offers a stable 5‑day work week, competitive compensation, and performance‑based bonuses.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor processing tools and chiller units to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and document findings in CMMS.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production engineers to resolve equipment‑related downtime quickly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and technical guidance to operators and junior technicians.
- Maintain an organized parts inventory and request supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience maintaining semiconductor equipment or industrial chillers.
- Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Certifications in Basic Electrical Safety or Refrigeration handling are advantageous.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and respond to emergency calls.
