Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul of underground mining equipment, including load-haul-dump (LHD) machines and trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults using precision tools and diagnostic software.
- Conduct thorough pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Document all maintenance activities and report technical issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Train and assist junior technicians on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the mining, construction, or heavy machinery industry.
- Familiarity with underground mining operations and specific equipment types is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical circuits.
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license (or equivalent).
- Ability to work in confined spaces and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
