Volt Auto Pte. Ltd. is a dynamic leader in the automotive sector, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Shipping and Inventory Executive to join our expanding team in Tai Seng. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory accuracy is impeccable and our shipping logistics run with clockwork efficiency.
As our Shipping and Inventory Executive, you will take full ownership of stock control, warehouse management system (WMS) integrity, and the end-to-end coordination of shipments. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to optimizing distribution costs without compromising on service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including cycle counts, stock audits, and WMS data accuracy.
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international/local shipping regulations.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
- Analyze distribution processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline picking, packing, and replenishment workflows.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse safety and operational hygiene.
- Generate regular reports on inventory health, shipping volumes, and logistics performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping logistics.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data reporting).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for supplier coordination).
- Highly organized with a solid understanding of inventory management best practices.
