Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for key retail partners and e-commerce platforms
- Analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Design and implement in-store activations, promotions, and point-of-sale materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align shopper initiatives with brand objectives
- Manage shopper marketing budget and track ROI through performance analytics
- Lead category management initiatives to optimize product placement and visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shopper marketing or retail marketing
- Proven track record of developing successful shopper campaigns in FMCG or health/wellness sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and shopper insights
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Google Analytics)
- Deep understanding of Malaysian retail landscape and consumer behavior
