You will oversee the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring that our extensive collection of granite, marble, quartz, and engineered stone surfaces is displayed to perfection while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
As the Showroom Operation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales through exceptional client engagement and operational excellence. You will work closely with high-net-worth clients, providing expert consultation on material selection, color matching, and design applications. Your leadership will ensure the showroom remains a sanctuary of elegance, well-stocked, and meticulously organized, reflecting the premium nature of our interior surfacing products. - Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and organized environment for all visitors.
- Manage inventory levels of interior surfacing materials, including stone, wood, and composite products, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Conduct luxury client consultations, providing detailed product knowledge and visual presentations of premium surfacing materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team and vendors to ensure seamless order processing, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and display arrangement to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the showroom.
- Handle administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing CRM records, and preparing sales reports.
- Train and supervise showroom staff, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in showroom management, luxury retail sales, or interior design sales.
- Strong knowledge of interior surfacing materials, specifically natural stone, quartz, and solid surface options.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
- Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain coordination within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and showroom management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client availability.
