Ansheng Technology is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Silk/Screen Printing Supervisor to lead our production operations in Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily silk/screen printing operations and workflow to ensure timely production.
- Optimize printing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output quality.
- Monitor and control ink usage, screen quality, and material inventory levels.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the printing team to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and operational procedures on the shop floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in silk/screen printing operations and team supervision.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and print specifications.
- Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, color management, and ink formulations.
- Experience in machinery maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
