Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions to showcase vocal talent and musical performances.
- Engage actively with viewers, respond to requests, and foster a positive community environment.
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule to build and retain a loyal follower base.
- Collaborate with the agency team to brainstorm creative content and theme ideas.
- Promote streaming sessions across various social media platforms to increase audience reach.
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to grow viewership and engagement.
- Adhere to all platform guidelines and company policies to ensure professional broadcasting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a strong vocal ability and confidence in performing live.
- Comfortable and expressive in front of a camera with an engaging personality.
- Previous experience in singing, theater, or digital content creation is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and livestreaming culture.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
