Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications infrastructure based on technical requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess property suitability.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contract terms with landowners and property representatives.
- Facilitate the application and processing of necessary government permits and clearances.
- Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure site design alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders.
- Prepare regular progress reports on site acquisition status and project timelines.
- Resolve land-related conflicts or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, real estate, or land management is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to travel within the Cagayan region as required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of local zoning laws and permit processing is highly desirable.
