You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies, negotiate favorable lease terms, and navigate regulatory requirements. - Conduct thorough trade area assessments to identify viable Powerhouse Store locations
- Analyze market demographics, competition, and consumer behavior patterns
- Evaluate site viability based on foot traffic, accessibility, and growth potential
- Negotiate lease agreements and acquisition terms with property owners
- Prepare detailed site evaluation reports with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for due diligence processes
- Monitor local real estate market trends and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition or commercial real estate
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Expertise in lease negotiation and contract management
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and site analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Metro Manila commercial real estate landscape
