Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for retail expansion? Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Acquisition Officer to join our growing team. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime locations for our new Powerhouse Stores across the region.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business growth. You will conduct thorough trade area assessments, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with property owners and brokers. If you have a keen eye for high-traffic real estate and the negotiation skills to close deals that align with our long-term vision, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and scout potential sites for new Powerhouse Store expansions based on strategic growth targets.
- Conduct comprehensive trade area assessments, including foot traffic analysis, competitor mapping, and demographic profiling.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions with property owners and commercial real estate brokers.
- Prepare detailed site feasibility reports and financial projections for management review.
- Coordinate with legal and engineering teams to ensure site compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process from initial prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, landlords, and real estate professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or retail expansion.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in market research, data analysis, and preparing professional presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel for field visits and site inspections.
- Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market in Metro Manila.
