Tanggung Jawab
- Scout and identify strategic locations for site acquisition in Davao and surrounding areas.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners, government agencies, and local stakeholders.
- Secure necessary permits, clearances, and documents from local government units (LGUs) and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with engineering and legal teams to ensure all site acquisitions meet technical and legal requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential and acquired sites and provide regular status reports to management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, brokers, and community leaders to facilitate smooth negotiations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in site acquisition, real estate, or property management (telecommunications or retail expansion experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local government permitting processes and land acquisition laws in the Philippines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Davao and neighboring provinces.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be adept at field work.
