Radius One Architecture & Plumbing is looking for a dedicated Site Architect to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural execution of site development projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and delivering high-quality design solutions.
You will prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and documentation using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and clients, you'll provide technical guidance on site layout, material selection, and construction methods. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, improve cost efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of design integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee site development and ensure design compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings, sections, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and construction teams.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for client presentations and project approvals.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve site-specific challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and procurement processes as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, building technologies, and changes in Philippine construction regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Architect with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of site experience in architectural design and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; experience with rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Building Code, Batas Pembinaan, and local zoning regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu, and occasional travel to project locations.
