We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to lead our architectural projects in San Fernando, Pampanga. As a Site Architect, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and construction of various building structures, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to translate concepts into tangible reality. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from the initial concept and design development to final site supervision and completion. We are looking for a visionary architect who can manage complex site conditions, interpret client needs, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed site plans in accordance with client requirements and building codes.
- Oversee the entire construction process on-site, ensuring quality control and adherence to the approved architectural plans.
- Conduct site inspections and regular progress meetings with contractors and engineers to address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
- Ensure all projects comply with local government regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards in the Philippines.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registered or Licensed Architect (Philippine licensure is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in site architecture and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD), BIM software (Revit), and other architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural systems, and building codes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
