Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover for elevator installations
- Supervise on-site teams including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors
- Enforce strict safety protocols and HSE compliance standards
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress against timeline and budget constraints
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site management for construction/installation projects
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems and installation methodologies
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or HSE standards
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
