Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of network infrastructure projects to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Oversee advanced routing configurations and optimize network traffic to improve performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and IT support staff.
- Conduct regular network audits and implement proactive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to and resolve critical network incidents with minimal downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network management, systems engineering, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make data-driven decisions.
