PT. PAGATAN USAHA MAKMUR is seeking a dedicated and visionary Site Manager to lead our nature-based carbon projects in the heart of Kalimantan Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our forest conservation initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of ecosystem restoration programs while maintaining deep engagement with local communities.
As the Site Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage project compliance with carbon standards, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end site operations for forest conservation and carbon sequestration projects.
- Manage ecosystem restoration activities, including reforestation monitoring and biodiversity assessment.
- Facilitate active engagement and capacity-building programs with local communities to ensure project sustainability.
- Ensure project alignment with international carbon certification standards (e.g., VCS/CCB).
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external consultants to streamline monitoring and verification (MRV) processes.
- Manage site budget, logistics, and field team performance to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management and stakeholders regarding operational impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in field management, preferably in conservation, carbon projects, or forestry.
- Proven ability to lead diverse field teams and manage large-scale site operations in remote locations.
- Strong understanding of nature-based solutions and carbon project development methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills for community engagement.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Willingness to be stationed in remote areas within the Katingan region.
