Join the Competent Maritime Professionals and Sea Staff Training Center as a Site Nurse and become an integral part of our team dedicated to safety, service, and excellence. In this critical role, you'll provide comprehensive healthcare services to staff and trainees at our maritime facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment while upholding industry standards. You'll be the first point of contact for medical emergencies, delivering immediate care and implementing preventive health measures to support our mission of maritime excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response to staff and trainees
- Conduct health assessments, vaccinations, and occupational health screenings
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care as needed
- Educate personnel on health awareness, disease prevention, and emergency procedures
- Manage medical inventory, equipment, and supplies for the facility
- Coordinate with external medical providers for referrals and follow-up care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent medical qualification
- Valid and current PRC license with no disciplinary record
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Experience with maritime/industrial health and safety protocols preferred
- Strong assessment skills for emergency and non-emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
