Radiance Solar Solutions Inc is seeking a dedicated Site Nurse to join our team in San Pablo, Isabela. As a frontline healthcare professional, you'll be instrumental in safeguarding employee wellbeing through prompt medical interventions and proactive health monitoring. This role combines clinical expertise with safety program management to create a secure work environment. You'll maintain comprehensive health records, manage medical inventory efficiently, and collaborate with safety teams to develop preventive healthcare initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong emergency response skills and a commitment to occupational health standards, ensuring our workforce remains healthy and productive in a dynamic industrial setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate on-site first aid and emergency medical care
- Monitor worker health status and identify potential health risks
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support implementation of workplace safety programs
- Manage medical supplies inventory and equipment
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals
- Conduct health awareness sessions for employees
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines
- 1+ years clinical experience, occupational health preferred
- Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong knowledge of OHS regulations
- Excellent emergency response and triage skills
- Proficient in medical record management systems
- Ability to work independently in remote sites
- Valid PRC license and updated CPR certification
