Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of site facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures or site equipment as required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to work orders and service requests from tenants or management.
- Collaborate with other site staff and contractors to ensure seamless project operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar site technician or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with general building maintenance, electrical basics, and plumbing is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site under various weather conditions.
