Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Wire EDM machines to precisely cut and shape metal components according to specifications
- Perform grinding operations to achieve desired surface finishes and tolerances
- Program and run CNC milling machines to manufacture complex parts with high accuracy
- Utilize CNC lathe machines to produce cylindrical and rotational components
- Assemble machined components into finished products following engineering drawings
- Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Machining Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience operating Wire EDM, grinding, CNC milling, and CNC lathe machines is advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
