Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain high-precision surface grinding machines to meet exacting tolerances.
- Interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to ensure component accuracy.
- Select and dress grinding wheels appropriately for various materials and surface finish requirements.
- Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in precision surface grinding within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Deep knowledge of various grinding techniques, coolant applications, and dressing methods.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures.
- Technical certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances (+/- 0.005mm).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
