Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on various equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, identifying root causes efficiently and accurately.
- Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
- Install, calibrate, and commission new equipment or systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operators and other team members regarding equipment operation and minor troubleshooting.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role, preferably within an industrial or commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems and components.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and adherence to established procedures.
- Willingness to work full-time in Lipa City, Batangas.
