As a Skincare Beautician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking skincare solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, expert skincare consultations to customers, identifying their skin concerns and recommending suitable products and routines.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for a range of skincare products and beauty services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educate customers on proper application techniques and ingredient benefits.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all skincare brands, products, active ingredients, and industry trends to offer the most current and effective advice.
- Ensure the skincare section is impeccably presented, organized, and stocked, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, following up on purchases, and inviting them back for future consultations.
- Accurately process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Actively participate in in-store promotional activities, beauty workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification; a Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related fields is a significant advantage.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in skincare sales, beauty advisory, or a similar customer-facing role within the retail beauty industry.
- Genuine passion for skincare, makeup, and the broader beauty industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on new trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute positively to team performance.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Basic computer proficiency for operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing customer databases.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by store operations.
