Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various smartphone issues including hardware and software problems
- Perform repairs on smartphone components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras
- Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all repair processes
- Ensure quality service delivery by testing repaired devices thoroughly
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service when explaining technical issues
- Keep work area organized and maintain inventory of repair parts
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone models and repair techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- At least 1-2 years of experience in smartphone repair or related field
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various smartphone brands and models
- Familiarity with electronic tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management
