Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various smartphone models including hardware and software issues
- Perform quality checks on repaired devices to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers regarding smartphone usage and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and accessories
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in smartphone repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of various smartphone operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Certification in electronics or mobile technology is an advantage
- Willingness to undergo continuous training on new technologies and repair methods
