As a Smartphone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and various Android smartphones.
We offer a competitive salary range of RM 2,350 – RM 3,500 per month, along with comprehensive benefits including EPF, SOCSO, and an annual bonus. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and various Android devices
- Perform battery replacements, display repairs, camera fixes, and back glass replacements
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair options and timelines to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols
- Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies for various device models
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a smartphone technician or in a similar technical role
- Proficiency in repairing iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Android devices
- Knowledge of battery, display, camera, and back glass repair techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and precision in repair work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods
