Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair smartphone hardware/software malfunctions
- Perform component replacements (screens, batteries, charging ports)
- Conduct software updates, flashing, and unlocking services
- Test and calibrate repaired devices for optimal performance
- Document repair processes and maintain service records
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding device usage
- Stay updated on emerging smartphone technologies and repair techniques
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' smartphone repair experience
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred)
