Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls to identify potential threats
- Investigate security incidents using forensic tools and determine scope/impact
- Perform initial triage and escalate critical incidents to incident response teams
- Document all security activities, incident reports, and remediation actions
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and preventive measures
- Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
- Participate in security drills and contribute to incident response plan improvements
- Assist in developing security policies, procedures, and playbooks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and threat intelligence
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security tools
- Experience with incident response procedures and malware analysis
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration
