Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware analysis and phishing attempts.
- Configure and manage security appliances, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support.
- Document security incidents, trends, and maintain accurate logs for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security patches and updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and security concepts.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Philippine cybersecurity frameworks is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and handle online processes efficiently.
