Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the SOC team to ensure 24/7 security monitoring and incident response readiness
- Oversee SIEM implementation, tuning, and correlation of security events across the enterprise
- Develop and execute incident response plans, including containment, eradication, and recovery procedures
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify emerging risks
- Coordinate cross-functional incident response involving IT, legal, and business stakeholders
- Establish security metrics and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
- Stay current with threat intelligence and emerging cybersecurity technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ years in SOC leadership role
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight) and security automation tools
- Strong background in incident response methodologies (NIST, SANS)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIH) preferred
- Proven experience managing security teams in enterprise environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory compliance frameworks
