Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage a consistent social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content that aligns with healthcare industry standards and brand guidelines.
- Actively monitor social media channels, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for strategic improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote company services, wellness campaigns, and community health initiatives.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and community partners to increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, social media tools, and algorithm changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative suites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, ROI tracking, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
