Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content, including blog posts, infographics, and video shorts, tailored to specific audience demographics.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, customer inquiries, and trends, responding promptly to maintain a positive community presence.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all digital assets align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing events, webinars, and email campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes to keep the company competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
