Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including captions, stories, and graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements and new ideas.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, email newsletters, and basic SEO-optimized blog posts.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports for management.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and managing online reputation.
- Conduct basic market research to identify target demographics and content gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media VA or in digital marketing roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current marketing trends.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) and scheduling software (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
