- Assist in the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader brand strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to report on campaign success and suggest improvements.
- Assist in scheduling posts and managing the social media calendar.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, intern, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creative copywriting.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
